Future Food Design Dinner Experience
In collaboration with The Eatelier and PIPPENS restaurant, a team of us researched, designed, and presented “The Future of Food: Design Dinner Experience”, a 16-course dinner experience which explores what we will eat in 2050, during Dutch Design Week 2017. The dinner took place twice a night, nine nights in a row, rotating between different artists’ studios.
Artists featured: Vantot, Meestercox, Plott, Nacho Carbonell, and the collective at Hal G.
Food Design team included: Lucia Amaddeo, Claire Chao, Joaquim Fernandez, Christie Liberatore, Pepijn Meijers, & Katinka Versendaal.
